The problem
Roughly one in four booked patients never showed up and never called to cancel. The doctor waited. The slot was lost. Reception couldn’t fill the gap in time — booking someone else in a 30-minute window was almost impossible.
What we built
Automated reminder cadence in Telegram (24h before and 2h before) with a one-tap cancellation button. When a slot opens up, the first patient on the waiting list gets an instant notification and can grab the slot with one tap. No admin call, no phone tag.
