Privacy policy

This page explains what information VoKo Labs (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website (voko-labs.com), how we use it, and your rights over it.

Information we collect

When you fill in a contact form, request a brief, or start a chat with our on-site assistant, you may provide us with your name, email, phone number, Telegram handle, company name, and a description of your project. We collect only what you voluntarily submit.

We use privacy-preserving analytics (Yandex.Metrica) to understand how visitors use the site. We do not sell any information to third parties.

How we use it

Information you submit is used to:

• Reply to your enquiry.
• Prepare a project scope, quote, or proposal.
• Send information you explicitly requested (e.g. a checklist or lead magnet).

We do not send unsolicited marketing email. We do not resell or share your contact details with third-party advertisers.

Third-party services

Our on-site chat assistant is powered by third-party large-language-model providers (OpenRouter, which routes to Google Gemini and other providers). Message content is sent to those providers for the sole purpose of generating a reply. We do not retain assistant conversations for marketing.

TikTok integration

VoKo, our content-publishing tool, can publish videos to a TikTok account on behalf of the person who owns that account. Access is granted only through TikTok’s own authorisation screen; we never ask for or store a TikTok password.

When an account is connected we store, for that account only:

• The OAuth access token and refresh token issued by TikTok, used solely to upload and publish the videos the account owner has scheduled.
• The account’s open ID, display name, and avatar, returned by the user.info.basic scope and shown in our interface so the operator can tell connected accounts apart.
• The video files the operator uploads, plus the status TikTok returns for each publish request.

We do not read a connected account’s private data, followers, messages, or analytics, and we do not share TikTok data with anyone outside VoKo Labs. Tokens are stored on our own server with restricted access. Revoking the app in TikTok settings invalidates the tokens immediately; to have the stored copies deleted as well, email us and we will remove them.

Data retention

Contact-form submissions are retained for the duration of any active client relationship plus the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
