This page explains what information VoKo Labs (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website (voko-labs.com), how we use it, and your rights over it.
Information we collect
When you fill in a contact form, request a brief, or start a chat with our on-site assistant, you may provide us with your name, email, phone number, Telegram handle, company name, and a description of your project. We collect only what you voluntarily submit.
We use privacy-preserving analytics (Yandex.Metrica) to understand how visitors use the site. We do not sell any information to third parties.
How we use it
Information you submit is used to:
- Reply to your enquiry.
- Prepare a project scope, quote, or proposal.
- Send information you explicitly requested (e.g. a checklist or lead magnet).
We do not send unsolicited marketing email. We do not resell or share your contact details with third-party advertisers.
Third-party services
Our on-site chat assistant is powered by third-party large-language-model providers (OpenRouter, which routes to Google Gemini and other providers). Message content is sent to those providers for the sole purpose of generating a reply. We do not retain assistant conversations for marketing.
Data retention
Contact-form submissions are retained for the duration of any active client relationship plus the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
